You can cancel, or rearrange, your appointment with up to 24 hours notice without charge.
If you give less than 24 hours notice for cancellation, no refund will be given.
In case of sickness you can rearrange your appointment but no refunds will be given.
Fix & Flow Therapies has the right to cancel / reschedue a treatment without notice if the therapist is taken ill or if the client appears to be intoxicated or inebriated.
Payments are required upfront when booking online.
Fix & Flow Therapies has the right to terminate a treatment immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate or sexual behaviour.
Payment will be collected for the full treatment price.
If the therapist is unable to collect money before leaving, an invoice will be sent to the client’s address.
All invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue date.
ALL SEXUAL ATTEMPTS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE.
